Went chinatown with baby to get beads and materials to make a beaded bracelet for his grandma's birthday gift. My brilliant idea! :D
Got greyblue, pink, green and clear crystal beads, all chosen by observant baby. He knows exactly the colours that his grandma'd like. :) We also got some stoppers and hooks for the diy bracelet and even browsed through the books available in store for some beading ideas. Lucky I still have the nylon fishstring given to me by his grandma. She just has a thing for beads, beads and more beaded accessories- she's got a collection of those, all handmade by herself! Clapclap*
Then we went down to cineleisure and did our usual thing. Movies! Date's all about movies, I'm sure you can't agree less when you've a boyfriend who loves to watch movies :)
Before the haunting of connecticut started, we went to have some food at billybombers to fill our stomach and waste some time. The restaurant's really empty and we're the only patrons. Baby said its cause people don't usually have meals at such a weird time. LOL, truee..
After the movie was mos chicken meal at orchard central, the new shopping centre in town. The outlet was run by elderly people and it felt really like home. Heartwarming.. Is that the word to describe it?
Anyways, sidetrack abit.. Apple soda's very nice! And it's served in a glass instead of paper cups. Unique huh? :) it's gonn be the new staple drink for me man, say bye to mos milktea. LOL
Slacked at mos after the meal til closing time. Had a heart-to-heart talk with baby and found out about his likes/dislikes, and I also shared mine with him. I like talks like this as it gets us communicating :) communication is the key man! Teehee.
Then we headed home and had fun fixing the bracelet together. Baby's really a smart and capable guy who knows possibly everything. He can even do handcrafts better than me! Oh man :):)
